Glasgow's dining scene boasts a wealth of culinary gems, and The Raven is undeniably one of them. Nestled in the heart of the city, this gastropub has carved a niche for itself as a go-to spot for both locals and visitors seeking delectable fare and a cozy ambiance. A recent visit to The Raven left my taste buds delighted and my heart full.


The Food:

As I scanned the menu, one dish instantly drew me in – the Maple Smoked Brisket. Tender, maple-smoked meat that tantalizes the senses with its sweet, smoky goodness. The journey through each succulent bite was an adventure in taste. Served with Jalapeño Coleslaw, which provided a zesty kick and a refreshing crunch, and House BBQ Beans that were hearty and brimming with flavor, this dish was nothing short of perfection. Across the table, my friend opted for the Waffle Burger, an indulgent and unique creation. This
